At Laser Lounge, we're committed to providing every client with a safe, professional and personalised experience. To ensure appointments run smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask that you read and understand the following clinic policies before your visit.

By booking an appointment with Laser Lounge, you agree to these policies.

Booking Deposits:

A 50% booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

If you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

This allows us to offer your appointment to another client.

If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, your booking deposit will be forfeited.

Late Cancellation Fees:

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the following timeframes may incur additional fees:

Within 24 hours of your appointment

• Up to 50% of the appointment value may be charged. 

Within 3 hours of your appointment

• Up to 100% of the appointment value may be charged. 

These fees apply because your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.

No Shows:

A no show occurs when a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without notice.

In the event of a no show:

• Up to 100% of the appointment value may be charged. 
• Future appointments may require 100% prepayment at the time of booking. 

Changes to Your Appointment:

If you no longer require the full treatment or wish to shorten your appointment after booking, our cancellation policy may apply to the cancelled portion of your appointment.

If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to send a friend or family member in your place, provided the treatment is suitable and we are notified before your appointment.

Consultations:

All new clients begin with a personalised consultation.

Your consultation may include:

• Comprehensive skin assessment 
• Hair assessment (where applicable) 
• Medical history review 
• Discussion of your concerns and goals 
• Treatment recommendations 
• Personalised treatment plan 
• Patch test (where required) 
• Home care advice 
• Transparent quote 

Treatment Suitability:

Your safety is always our highest priority.

Treatment may be postponed if it is not safe to proceed, including (but not limited to):

• Recent fake tan 
• Sunburn or excessive sun exposure 
• Pregnancy (where applicable) 
• Certain medications 
• Skin irritation or infection 
• Medical conditions affecting treatment suitability 
• Failure to follow pre treatment instructions 

If treatment cannot proceed due to factors within your control, your booking deposit may be forfeited and cancellation fees may apply.

Results:

Every client's skin is unique.

Treatment outcomes vary depending on factors including:

• Skin type 
• Hair colour and thickness 
• Hormones 
• Medical history 
• Lifestyle 
• Home care 
• Following treatment recommendations 

While we use premium medical-grade technology and personalised treatment plans, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Laser hair removal provides long term hair reduction, not guaranteed permanent hair removal. Maintenance treatments may be recommended to maintain your results.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up to date medical information before each appointment and for following all pre and post treatment instructions provided by their practitioner.

Payments:

Payment is required on the day of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Package purchases and memberships are subject to their individual Terms & Conditions.

Memberships and Treatment Packages:

Clients participating in the Smooth Skin Program or Glacé Membership are also subject to the individual Terms & Conditions for those programs.

Please refer to the relevant membership agreement for information regarding payments, expiry periods, cancellations and membership benefits.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

They must be presented at the time of your appointment and are subject to any expiry date stated on the voucher.

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that genuine emergencies can happen.

In exceptional circumstances, management may choose to waive or credit part or all of a cancellation fee at its discretion.
